When you log in after the latest update this screen should pop up. Just click the Rate now button and it will take you to the google play store.

Click on the stars you want to give it and feel free to drop a line or two on what you like about the game. This is not needed though, the star rating works also.

Then go back to the game and check your mail and your reward should be there right away.
